John Ferguson

With more than 30 years experience building new homes & renovating across Victoria, a building inspector at one of Australia's fastest growing cities & engaged in over 20,000 statutory/mandatory building inspections in the private sector we can offer you the most comprehensive professional inspection service Victoria wide. I grew up with my family in the building industry so i guess it was only natural as a school leaver I was snapped up as an apprentice carpenter and joiner (domestic & commercial). Following my apprenticeship I was keen to learn all aspects of construction both from a construction point but also design and compliance, this led me to local Government to start my Building Inspector career. Eventually design and build lured me back, for the next 20 years designing and building many country homes from the Mornington Peninsula to the Kinglake Yarra Valley regions. Now with 14 years exclusively within the compliance industry specialising in Mandatory inspections, Quality control and dispute resolution (VCAT) working with some of Melbourne's biggest Surveying and Engineering companies, I believe I have the experience needed and expected to work with your family on your projects.

Norman Fadel

With a combined 25 year’s experience in Building surveying, statutory building inspections and quality control inspections in both the domestic and commercial industries. I started my carrier with a diploma in Building inspection and an advanced degree in Building surveying and design. My career started off as a Building surveyor working for one of Melbourne’s biggest and most respected surveying companies in Australia. It was from their i found the passion for statutory building inspections, problem solving and helping clients ensure they receive a high standard for building works they deserve. As a register Building inspector through the Victorian Building Commission 2010 I moved forward and opened my own inspecting business. My experiences range from statutory inspections for building surveyors, design and site inspections for some of Melbourne’s largest engineering firms. I know I have the experience and the professionalism to service you and your family to ensure your swimming pool is safe for both your family and others
